What is involved in the audit?

The audit is a focused 60-minute session to pinpoint degradation in your leads system. Together we'll look at the full process, the technology involved, and how work is distributed to get a complete overview.

How does the session work?

During our interview, we'll map out your current process step-by-step and spot exactly where things break down. We'll look into your technology & applications, workflows, and employee input.

We'll also ask for miscellaneous documents, old manuals, worksheets, or other bits of information to create a process manual that's clear, effective, and easily updated.

Who should attend?

Anyone involved in operations or managing workflows benefits most. Also, if the process is something that you didn't set up and aren't familiar with from start to finish, the person on your team most familiar with it should be included to take away any guesswork.
